Bible Study: 4 Steps to Peace with God

4 Steps to Peace with God

1. I want you to know God loves you and so do I. How many times have you heard that before? Let’s not get into that I’m just saying people will tell you they love you without showing it, but that’s not my business. Do you know that God wants you to LIVE IN PEACE don’t wait until you die to REST IN PEACE? LIVE IN PEACE.

Peace & Eternal Life

2. I would never want to force anyone to love God you have the will and the freedom of choice. Hmmm,, isn’t it funny ppl believe in God when someone passes away No seriously it’s not really funny it’s strange because I want to know what they think of God when there’s not a death? Maybe you have the answer. Most unbelievers cry out to God under circumstances but they often disobey God and go their selfish ways. Yeah,, remind me of Adam. Don’t get separated from God.

Sin causes problems and Separation

3. What comes to your mind when you think of Jesus dying on the cross for you? Let’s be real some people are NOT willing to die for their own sins how do I know because I’m one of them. I should have been dead by now I’m alive and repenting. I owe this man my life-like literally. Seriously make a choice to believe that God provided the only way.

Carry your Cross

4. When you received Jesus and trusted the bible were you amazed at how He saves? I’m still like wow I can be forgiven of my sins, I can have eternal life, and I can become a child of God plus more.

Receive Christ

Scripture References

Romans 5:1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:

Genesis 3:23 Therefore the Lord God sent Adam forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken.

Matthew 16:24 Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.

John 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

Dear Lord, I know that I am sinful and I need your forgiveness. I believe that you died to pay the penalty for my sin. I want to turn from my sin nature and follow you instead. I invite you to come into my heart and life. In Jesus name. Amen.
