Here’s something to make for dinner. I thank myself for not being lazy because the only thing that was provided was the sauce I cut up my own chicken breast, peppers, boiled my own broccoli, and rice. I didn’t use everything from the recipe I used the ingredients to my liking.
Glad this took me out of my comfort zone I’m always looking for new recipes instead of making the same ole basics or being something I would order now I can save $15 on Chinese food.
2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
2 teaspoons minced fresh garlic
2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
2 cups fresh broccoli florets
1/4 cup water
1 cup chopped yellow onion
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped yellow bell pepper
3/4 cup P.F. Chang’s®️ Home Menu Sesame Sauce Toasted sesame seeds
1. Cook the chicken by itself. Add the garlic and ginger during the last 30 seconds of cooking. Season the chicken with your choice.
2. Cook broccoli separate from chicken until tender or your choice if you like the crunch of it.
3. Sauté your peppers and onions by themselves or combine with your chicken to cook on low.
What I did was drain everything once it was all cooked and added it all to one pot then I added the P. F.Chang®️ Home Menu Sesame Sauce then it’ll be ready to serve. Self-explanatory when you know how to cook hope that wasn’t too complicated.
