Upgrade your masking routine and apply a mask that target specific treatment whether you have irritated areas, oily skin, or dark spots on your chin area.
Luxuriating under the shower or soaking in a bath can transform your skin, hair, and mood. Plan on soaking in the bathtub be sure to wear a facial mask for at least 10 minutes to permeate the skin.
In-Shower Mask:
I use a Dead Sea Mineral Mud Mask ($7), a Sheet Mask ($3), and what you see in the above photo is a Deep Sea Cosmetics Black Diamond – Magnetism Mud Mask ($350) and a Dead Sea Vitalizing Complex Cream ($350)
Aromatherapy Eye Pillow:
Red Door Spa by Elizabeth Arden. What’s in the pillow? Lavender, chamomile, peppermint, rose petals, and flaxseed. Promote relaxation, release aroma and place over eyes ($20)
Hot Oil Treatment and Bath Oils:
Treat your hair to an Hot Oil Treatment. Rinse, shampoo to remove the heavy oil, and finish with your regular conditioner.
Bath Salt & Scrub:
Grab some Natural Epsom Salt. The one you see is the Sport Soak Soothes Sore Muscle. The brand is called Health Smart™️ or if you want to just use regular bath salts to improve cleaning and enhance the enjoyment of bathing.
Relaxing Foaming Bath or a Shower Double Scrub:
Apply a sugar scrub all over your body. Not so often but at least once or twice a week.
Facial Brushes:
I have the BeautiControl Microderm Abrasion Skin Buffering System. You can find any cleansing brush between $15-$100.
