Yogurt Parfait

Who’s up for a Fruit Parfait? Great for breakfast or a lunch snack. Start making your Parfaits right at home.  

Ingredients 

Pick any fresh Fruits of your choice. I chose 2, Strawberries, and Berries. Your choice to cut up the Fruit or eat them whole. 

Greek nonfat plain Yogurt.

Any Granola of your choice you can even use any high fiber cereal you like instead of Granola. I used the Honey Bunches of OATS “Maple Pecan” there are many different options when it comes to Granola.
