Homemade Baked Chicken

Sunday dinner at my house are dishes that can easily be made versatile for the picky eaters which is just me at the moment. I just like to sound like someone who enjoys cooking for her family. I hope you get some ideas to make chicken dinner fun at your house. There are so many ways to eat and cook chicken this is just one to the tons.

I baked Chicken Thighs. I’m not someone who goes into the history of a chicken because I’ll get all freaked out and turn vegan I have never thought of protesting against animal brutality ok that’s another post. I eat meat that’s my story. Yes, I’m a meat eater.


So I cleaned the meat and then seasoned the chicken with: Sazón Goya (orange packet), Basil, Borsari which is great for meats, poultry & salads, Cajun seasoning, I tried to do something different because I ran out of Adobo.

Pre-heated the oven to 400F Baked the chicken for about an hour for a tender taste, then took it out the over the let it sit for as long as you think it still cooks itself from being heated right out the oven so don’t overdo it you’ll have dry chicken. I like meat well done around here.
