Don’t give up you came a long way

Hey, there Beloved!

Wow, look how far you came even I see the progress. Don’t try to ditch the process I see what it took for you to get where you are.

Sometimes we can’t let go of the past and we keep packing it in our bags everywhere we go. Why is that? If you are planning ahead for bigger and better why do you need a constant reminder of your failures 15 + years ago? People who are not confident in their future will distract and interrupt yours. Don’t be one of those ppl who need pain in order to succeed. If it has to bring me sorrow I don’t want it. The Bible even said: Proverbs 10:22 “The good that comes from the Lord makes one rich, and He adds no sorrow to it” Continue reading “Don’t give up you came a long way”

Here are 3 Things you can Pray for

Let this be the start of your best year yet!

This time of the year we are still cleaning out our lives, homes, cars, phones, etc. It’s ok to have a late start I always heard “better late than never” I pray this gives you inspiration for your goals and visions. I said visions because dreams are things we keep adding to a “To do list” Will your dreams ever get done?

What are you doing to live out your visions?

Most would say “with God all things are possible” let me tell you something meet him halfway you cannot see progress on something you never started.

It’s ok to prophesied over your own life, you let other people do it so why not take full control of your connection with God and stop depending on other people’s connection to tell you what you are going to be doing with your life. You up here crying and falling out and they wrong.

Here are 3 things to PRAY for:

1. Pray for Assignments. Be ready to hear from God don’t just always want to speak put yourself in a position to listen to what someone is saying to you. A divine assignment will set you up to plant seeds and minister the very thing you always wanted to.
2. Genuine Love. How many of us can honestly say we know what good friends are? (depending on who I’m talking to) I can’t stand people who always want a friend in you but are never around when it’s time to be a friend.
3. Growth. What are some areas of your life or ministry that need growth? Don’t be afraid to cut some things or people who are stunting your growth. The bible said life and death are in the power of the tongue. What are you speaking? It’s easier to get rid of those who you don’t value until you realize they’re not the issue, but when you can’t get rid of certain people then you know you have to re-strategize. You reap what you sow and you eat the fruit of your words. Just don’t cut the person that provides the water for the plants. 😦

I can’t wait to see how God is going to bless you this year. Keep striving for His best and keep the faith. Reach out to me and let’s keep in touch to keep each other accountable to seek God and reach our full potential.

Be blessed. ❤

It’s Time to get Serious about Your Future

What have you been doing with yourself? You haven’t had a clue well guess what you are in the right place to figure out exactly what it is you want to do with yourself. It’s time to make a decision.

When you feel like you are making a change in your life or career and its time to grow up, you are not why, because you are putting your gifts and talents to use. Now you’re at a time in your life where you got all the messing up out the way, and you are ready to put your all into the life you deserve.

If you had to make a list of things you wanted to be. How long will the list be? Or will you just have a blank page, because you are not sure what you want to be in life? Pick something off the list and ask someone. Would you be able to see me as _____ ? Their answer will give you an idea of the kind of person they see you as.

I want you to get in the habit of keeping a journal and start writing things down. When you look at what you have written down it will help you with what to say to an employer or keep in mind if you plan on being self-employed you always want to keep things on a professional level, because you don’t want to get so caught up in your personal emotions which will result in you not getting the job or the job done. Have you thought back to a time where you wanted a job so bad, but you didn’t get the job perhaps you said something to the employer that pushed them away or maybe you just wasn’t ready to leave your problems at home? Stop bringing your problems to work with you.

“Don’t let the tears you cry in private drown you in public”

If your dislikes about a job have anything to do with “the work” you are signing up for guess what don’t sign up for it. What are the famous words we say when we don’t want to do something? “I didn’t sign up for this”  you don’t want to appear to lazy. Do not waste your time going to a job you hate. Your future depends on you. All the goals and dreams you have can’t happen without you taking the first step.

My Grandmother Shirley May Grice 72nd birthday

We Pray for …

Those in need of shelter or a place to stay we pray they will turn their lifestyle around and get it right so they don’t have to be dependent on anyone. We pray for food and clothes for those in need. We pray for world peace and Israel. We pray for those in need of prayer and are afraid to reach out for help, repentance, and guidance.

The Big Picture …

Always have a plan and plan with purpose. Check off your accomplishments and write a to-do list so you can see how far you came and not how far you have to go. Accountability is the greatest form of mentoring. Connect with someone who can help you achieve your goals and dreams.

Get Ready To Plan

Get Ready To Plan

Anyone who thinks like me is sick and tired of doing things day by day without planning.

Ask yourself: What skills do I have that will help me plan for a better future? And if I don’t have any skills what programs can I take to help me get the training to best fit my needs.

Are you building your skills? Now ask yourself. Am I reliable, do I communicate effectively, do I have leadership skills, do I work better on a team or do I work better by myself, Am I hardworking (what do I work hard at), how flexible is my schedule, and do I have the motivation that will qualify me to win in life.

Get Organized

I’m not a well-organized person myself, but if we plan together and be a great support we’ll be organized in no time. Are you moving? And the house need packing where do you start first? The least place you feel like packing should be the last place you pack especially the kitchen you don’t pack that first. Say, you cook and now you need the salt, because your packing is unorganized you can’t remember what box you put the condiments in and do you really want to go through every box looking for salt. Don’t forget to name your boxes and it’s ok to separate household departments by colors. Let’s just use moving as an example. In order to be well-organized, we should pack the things that are already out the way, and the things we don’t want to take with us we can leave them right where they are or assume our trash will be someone’s treasure.

What Motivates You?

I know that may sound like a silly question. Let’s just say we all have different motives. For me, my motivation is to have a healthy lifestyle and I don’t just mean by what I eat I’m talking about my relationships, connections, spending habits, friendships, and more. Are you working for the company of your dreams? Some people are probably so big-headed they have it all figured out. When you can’t take the vacation you have been planning for or your company doesn’t pay you for being on vacation. How would you view your motivation? It’s never too late to get motivated maybe fashion motivates you having a certain pair of shoes or sneakers, maybe owning a house motivate you, or maybe driving your dream car is motivating you. I’m here to give you that extra push and to show you how important it is to plan because without planning you are unorganized and less motivated.

The Importance of Planning Ahead

Have you been stuck or slipping off track or maybe you’re doing things that are only leading you to dead ends. Where is your creative energy going? What are you accomplishing?

The purpose of this post is to give you planner help and hints so you can acknowledge your personal responsibilities. Let’s focus on one direction in most cases lets create a direction. Don’t worry I will take this challenge with you. The best way to get help is to first help yourself.

Here’s a list of ways to decide whether planning and setting goals are for you:

  • I’m doing things that are not leading to anything permanent.
  • My choices don’t lead me anywhere
  • I don’t know what I’m doing with myself in the next 6 months to a year
  • I’m extending my deadlines
  • My goals and visions are not clear sometimes
  • I have dreams and visions, but my goals are not action plans
  • I can’t inspire people to carry out their goals because I don’t carry out mine
  • I do things at the last-minute

If there is one thing you agreed to guess what this challenge is for you.

Let’s encourage each other to go for our dreams and goals we all know that the big picture is deeply inspiring. Let’s be among the excellence and become great. If you have any questions just ask. How do we prioritize our dreams and goals? Thank you for asking. Once we become clear on what it is we want to accomplish then we can give it 100% Who is going to believe in you if no one else will? Now let’s set up yearly, monthly, weekly, and daily ACTION GOALS.

Explore Lifetime Goals by creating your 3 long-term goals

Don’t schedule plans far out. For ex not where do you see yourself in the next 5 yrs maybe we can look at where we see ourselves within the next 3-6 months to a year.

  1. How am I going to live when everything comes crashing down?
  2. What are my 3 most important lifetime goals?

Talk about your top goal, before you start running off at the mouth remember your top goal should not be talked about with just anyone. Set boundaries when it comes to your goals. Limit what you allow others in on. They say “A listening ear is also a running mouth” don’t curse yourself because everybody that’s with you is NOT with you. When you talk about it reflect on how it makes you feel.

Resolved to leave a Godly Legacy

Resolved to leave a Godly legacy

Living and leading a life of resolve and being content with our lives is a witness to others. God can and will be seen in and through all that you do. Live with a spirit of contentment.

“Resolved to be Content”

Deuteronomy 6:5 “And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might”

Be a “Woman of Legacy” Resolution of character God’s woman.

I will champion God’s model for womanhood in the face of a post-feminist culture. I will teach it to my daughters and encourage its support by my sons.

What does it mean to you to be God’s woman? God’s view. Women were sent to be a helper for the man.

Genesis 2:22 “And the rib, which the Lord God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man”

Genesis 2:23 “And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man”

“Interesting to know what a real woman of God is without the artificial flavoring” unnatural extra adding. This woman of God is made by God himself”

Be “Women of Royalty” we can’t see how our choices today may impact others in the future. Make a bold decision and watch God guide your outcome. You may be queen of your world and the top of your game, but you can still learn from others. Whatever your decision may be walk away with your head held high. God often places us where we can have a unique influence in the lives of others. God knows the best direction for you trust him. Connect your heart to those with the same beliefs as you. Embrace every opportunity. Do all pleasing to God.

What does it mean to be a woman of the world? The world’s view. Woman is constantly disrespected, foolish, immoral, and wicked. No one focus on their brain but rather focus on their body, drugs, partying and more. This woman is controlled by society and doesn’t make Godly decisions she is also used as an sex symbol. I tell these women don’t lose your feminism. To be equal doesn’t mean you always have to be the same meaning not every women have to act like men just for their rights to be acknowledged.

Put on your full Armor.
Ephesians 6:12 “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places”

Be a “Woman of God’s Order” and do not lack submission in any way. For lack of submission can bring brokenness, derailing, destruction, and more.

“Romans 10:3 For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God”

Leaving a Godly Legacy. Recognize God’s power and leave a wonderful legacy. Lead people to Christ as you share his love and love for others. I personally plan to leave a legacy of love and not what I have or did and who I know/knew, but my heart and how I loved. Teach, talk, walk, and live.

  1. What do you want to be known for and pass on?
  2. What do you want after you have passed on?
  3. Are you walking in your legacy?
  4. What good are you doing now thats touching the hearts and others in your community? (how are you giving back)
  5. Have you submitted to the will of God?
