Love Lounge Dating Blueprint Journal

The first steps toward transforming your dating life

I have agreed to review Love Lounge: A Journal for singles in exchange for a review. Views and opinions are my own. The journal is created to accompany her new coaching & matchmaking services set to roll out in 2018.

DE’VIZIA & COMPANY is a place where you can get dating tips, relationship advice, deals on services and products.

Have you ever had someone assist you in love, from matchmaking, dating, or maybe even family coaching? Now is the time to consider it.

LOVE LOUNGE has about 4 sections and 44 pages from Dating History – 1st Impression. One of my favorite “Quotes For The Heart” that is quoted in LOVE LOUNGE is “A bitter woman says “all men are the same” a wise woman decides to stop choosing the same type of guy” How real was that? I definitely agree. I believe having a standard will help you “stand” your ground to what you really want and stop going for the same type of guys.

There’s a question asking about our last date and details about our date. In my opinion I feel like this is a time where men are asking you out to eat instead of an actual date, because the “dinner” is a way to think they’re just taking it straight to 3rd base, but then most guys are not even going that far by asking you out anymore they just want to “Netflix and Chill” the last date I been on was in 2015 and it was nice to be taken out but it also turned me off for him to jokingly say “we could have gone Dutch” at the time I was like what’s that? It’s when you pay your half of the date. Then he also mentioned that we were not going to be doing this all the time I’m thinking like “excuse me” we are not even married and he’s already putting restrictions on our dates. I understand being broke in college but if you want to penny pinch through life leave me out of it.

Section 2 of LOVE LOUNGE is all about ME, MYSELF, & I . . .

I reflected on one of the questions. Did your partner give you hints to their unhappiness, challenges with communication, etc? I feel like when someone is done with you they are not looking to work things out whether you’re right or wrong they just want to leave. If someone wants to go let them it’s not a marriage you are trying to mend back together and even with that you still can’t force it I’m divorced I know. Not all men want you fighting for them.

Section 3 of LOVE LOUNGE is all about Writing The Vision . . .

I think this is a really fun section because you get to write out what you want. I want to ask married couples. How many of them wrote out what they wanted in their ideal mate? And actually, have been fulfilled with the traits they looked for. When you really think about it and ask yourself what is it about this person that I allowed their non-negotiables in my life? Do their non-negotiable makeup for who they are?

Here’s another fun exercise asking where do your ideal mate spend their leisure time? I never really thought to hang out where my ideal guy would be I guess depending on your type you’ll know whether you should be at the library or a sports bar. Not that I am the one to go to church and expect a man after service.

Section 4 of LOVE LOUNGE is all about The 1st Impression . . .

What kind of first impressions are you making?

One of my favorite things to do. Cut out styles that closely reflect my personal style It’s like making a mini style vision board. This turned on the lights in my head to think hmm… being mindful of how people (men) are perceiving me. Do I look presentable, are they turned away because I have a style that doesn’t match them, or maybe the women who want to be found but come out with scarves on their heads and pajamas (ikr) sidenote: this is my actual style and how I dress I didn’t make this up I went through a lot of magazines to find my style for less or more. I couldn’t fit everything.

And last but not least the 1st date tracker? Yeah, I know we gotta relive and backtrack our last 3 dates and no I don’t have plans on seeing any of them again.

Again DE’VIZIA & COMPANY journals are created to accompany her new coaching & matchmaking services set to roll out in 2018 and if you would like more info and this is something you believe you need that will help you on your dating journey stop by DE’VIZIA & COMPANY

Love Lounge Journal for Singles was a great accompanying resource to my previous “Wifing it Network” training with Pastor Cora Jakes Coleman teaching me how to become a great wife. I definitely recommend the journal to all Single Women. It is and will be helpful to you as well. I learned a lot about myself on why I stay to myself and rather not date and what I look for when I date. I’m telling you DE’VIZIA & COMPANY will make a difference in your dating life.

Steadfast Love And Tender Compassion

Trust in God’s perfect will for your life. Are you having a hard time deciding on a match made in Heaven. I want to help you make those challenging decisions. Look for a love story that will inspire you. Psalm 37:4 “Take delight in the LORD, and he will give you your heart’s desires”

Before you get started you have to know all the answers to your questions things can be more challenging if you answer with “I don’t know” Here are some questions to consider.

  1. Can I see myself marrying this person? Am I dating for fun?
  2. Is this a deep and meaningful relationship?
  3. Will God approve of their beliefs and values?
  4. Am I using my brain or my hormones?
  5. Does reputation mean anything to me?
  6. What’s our level of communication? How often are we texting?
  7. How much time do I spend with this person before they get difficult?
  8. Do I spend enough time with this person? Are we getting to know each other?

You may also have your own questions.

Remember to take your time and think things through. Be careful not to make a decision based on how you feel in the moment.

Togetherness and Closeness can be very important for any form of bond. We all want that relationship no one can come between. Can you two work together as opposed apart. How will you help each other become stronger in your spiritual life. Are you both moving in the same direction in terms of your calling?

Will your love stand the test of time? However you may not be perfect, but someone can be perfect for you. Trust, avoid, learn and examine. Your viewers are watching you. This may result in you looking quite different to those around you. Save yourself from pain and heartache.

Write down the qualities of your future spouse come up with at least 10 characteristics and make this list a matter of prayer. Psalm 17:6 “I call upon you, for you will answer me, God. Listen closely to me and hear my prayer”

“Marriages made in fairytales are the stuff of fantasy, but marriages made in Heaven are the stuff of eternity” Sharon Bussey
