How much water are you drinking? You know it’s good for you but we know it doesn’t have any taste. For some reason, it’s the ice-cold water that quenches our thirst after a long workout or hot summer day but choose a sports drink if you are physically active for more than 90 mins.
Why I love water because it’s inexpensive has no calories and always available. You ever noticed asking someone for something to drink and they say: “all I have is water” (me at my house). Of course, I prefer bottled over tap I got to a point where I make my lemonade, kool-aid, or any flavored water with bottled water it takes about 5 water bottles I’m up to 2 cases a month perfect for just me.
This summer I’m using my refillable water bottle and taking it with me at all times that way I can just pay anyone for the ice and use my own water bottle. I feel like it’s easier to buy the ice instead of the water. Thank you to EvolutionFresh for sending me this bottle.
I believe when I buy a house I’m going to the Springs to get our water not because I’m always looking for ways to save but because I’m always looking for ways to save. What is a Spring? A spring is any natural situation where water flows from an aquifer to the earth’s surface. It is a component of the hydrosphere. I know this because I live in the mountains there’s always water falling off some rock. I live about 30-40mins from the tallest mountain in Massachusetts. I’ve gone hiking once, I’m just not the nature, trail run type. But I understand it. There are people who wear TheNorthFace for its purposes and not for swag.
The question is why are you not drinking more water? Water plays a vital role in the functioning of our body. Everything in our body depends on water. Want more sugar and calories then don’t drink water.

Picking out flavors can be endless I always like to match so I did Strawberry everything. It’s your choice you can mix and match to your taste buds if you like. What kind of drink are you in need of?
Here’s what I did:
I have tried to figure out what to do with these mason jars so I went on Pinterest to see if I found anything. I saw cute ideas but I didn’t find anything I thought interesting enough to make. I knew I wanted to make something slushy/smoothie.
I sugared the rim
I dumped the ice tray in the blender (not the actual ice tray) I can’t tell you how many ice cubes to use. If it gets a little to liquidity just add more ice.
I cut up some strawberries and added them to the already crushed ice and Strawberry Lemonade and blended them right in.
The Smirnoff is optional. I know there are people from all walks of life that read my blog and I’m not judging you for NOT drinking alcohol and those I don’t want to see relapse because of temptation (sidenote: I am not your enemy). Or maybe you’re just pregnant and can’t drink. The choice is yours. Choose wisely. 21 + up
I wanted to do something different today for brunch so I thought the afternoon was the perfect time to feed a craving (kids would love to have this sugar rush for breakfast if they could) There’s a lot of things going on with these pancakes fruit flavors to milk chocolate.
These Aunt Jemima Buttermilk Pancakes will hit the spot after a long week or a way to reward yourself after doing something great.
Here is what I used to make these lovely pancakes. Domino confectioners sugar (the stuff you sprinkle on fried dough), cut up strawberries, blueberries, m&m’s, and topped it off with original sweetened whipped cream. I should have put the m&m’s in the pancake batter there’s always next time.
1. Are you adding fruits and vegetables to your day as part of your healthy diet?
Whether you eat cereal for breakfast, lunch or dinner can you honestly say you add fresh fruit to your cereal.
Put down the honey buns, candy bars, little Debbie cakes, or whatever you eat for that sweet tooth craving try grabbing a fresh piece of fruit as part of your snack.
2. Haven’t had lunch yet? This is the perfect time to think about that ideal salad you been dreaming about. I know it can be a challenge to find the perfect spot that makes the best salads, so why don’t you make yours at home and use all the ingredients you don’t see in your ideal bought salad.
Have you ever thought about trying raw vegetables? I was thinking broccoli or Kale.
3. Add veggies & fruit to your dinner and desert you don’t have to eat according to someone else’s appetite meaning, because the driver stopped at McDonald’s doesn’t mean you have to get a Mc Double or the sloppiest sandwich on the menu a salad & a smoothie is just fine, even though I was driving and I was told to stop at McDonald’s I didn’t get anything. I’m scratching my head because I don’t always make good decisions but when I do I make sure I take pride in it.
Don’t blame anyone else for your poor eating habits and choices. How well do you fight temptation when it comes to something in your control? The Bible tells us “Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him” James 1:12 perhaps you can memorize this scripture to overcome temptation when being put to the test. We all struggle with finding ways of disciplining ourselves.
