“Living the new life’ Are you living your new life? I know we all have been in situations and had lifestyles that needed change. I would like to share, help, encourage and inspire someone to live their new life that is waiting for you. Before you live your new life you have to acknowledge the desires you want to give up from your old life that will help you move on to a better and brighter future. Everything must be new starting with the renewing of our minds the bible says, “Be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind” Romans 12:2 have you heard the mind can be your biggest battlefield this is where we hold our thoughts, knowledgeable information, intelligence, and most of all our memory.
Having thoughts of the past can cause struggles and difficulties that may block you from living the new life that is waiting for you if you don’t know how to renew your mind how can you escape these bad thoughts. I suggest talking to a friend or someone close that can help you understand why you haven’t been able to move forward and enjoy a new life. When your life is still part of the world it’s going to be harder for you to get delivered and you may feel like your prayers are not being answered. We look for results when we take matters into our own hands the bible says, “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart, and lean not unto thine own understanding” Proverbs 3:5, if you don’t you, ’ll keep saying to yourself you don’t understand.
“Balancing your life” Are you serious about this new life you want to live and keep. Do you have anyone that can keep you on track? Some of us learn best from each other and can be very hands-on when it comes to experience. Accountability partners are always great to keep around and can give you that help and hand in time of need. The bible says, “Therefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also you do” 1 Thessalonians 5:11
Someone you know may be weak where they stand and need a wise word of encouragement to help them move on and not to give up but to have hope and live the life they deserve. If you stopped what you’re doing right now to write down your progress how much of the paper will you use. I challenge you to keep a record of your progress whether it’s a journal, blog, iPhone, or however you keep notes. You may be able to reach out to someone and tell them how they have helped with your progress and was great encouragement with your walk with Christ never let good work go unnoticed.
Regardless of your age, the rest of your life can be the best of your life, and you can start living your new life on purpose. Let’s help others do the same and be a blessing in someone’s life. A role model or mentor can change lives only if we gave a helping hand to those in need of love. When we do it for the glory of God we don’t seek anything in return. Pass what you know onto others and always be willing to share the good news.
