Someone recently replied to one of my Instagram Stories and said “yo ass be everywhere” my reply: “you gotta move around” I thought it was interesting because I honestly don’t think I do enough and I make my backyard look more than what it is because I know how to be a tourist in my hometown especially if people are going to travel to us as a vacation why not live your life well and mean it. Making the most of everything I do I’m loving this weather here in Stockbridge, MA home of the famous Norman Rockwell I actually went out to His museum today and then I went to visit his gravestone with a friend I know right we are extreme it’s only 22 mins away from where we live because He was buried before His legacy visiting his grave is like paying respect to anyone you know that’s how up close and personal you can get at the sight, so he literally lives 22 mins away from me. I love to make people feel like they’re in a great environment especially with our “Judgement free zone” mindset a place to make you feel respected and accepted. It’s about you and only you focus on becoming a better you. Your energy level will determine whether a kick-ass workout is for you. I’ll say don’t come if you’re too tired to enjoy the fun. Try 2-3 days a week to reach your ultimate fitness goal. I like to do a cardio walk for 30 mins and work on my Abs. Lord knows I need to tighten and tone my muscles.
