How important is achieving your goals?

It’s important to me to become a successful real estate investor, because I want to know what I’m doing in this business and I also would like to help people who reach out to me for help. The bible talks about The Rich Man and Lazarus in Luke 16:25 “remember that during your lifetime you had everything you wanted, and Lazarus had nothing. So now he is here being comforted and you are in anguish” I hope you get the point look out for your brother if not it’s going to cost you in the end. It’s definitely important for me to have wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. Being an expert at what you do gives you that extra confidence that will help take your career to the next level. It’s the fear that stops you, but having confidence keeps you going.

The one thing I been trying to understand about “successful” people in real estate is why is it when you reach out to the ones you want to help you and they never get back to you about helping you or don’t seem as interested? I have assumed they are not killing the game or have become selfish when they’re still trying to make their ends meet, so any closing deals with a nice return or percentage they rather keep for themselves or maybe just not looking out for you because they haven’t made it far enough to reach back to pull you up. Don’t take it personal when you don’t get the help you think you deserve. Are you in real estate? Comment about a time someone said “here make your first ten thousand this deal is my gift to you welcome to real estate” Am I the only one who think like that? Anyone who is doing it big don’t have to want for anything because it’s already at their fingertips.

Do you own a house?

How will you prepare or how did you prepare? The reason I asked is because I want to know what did it take for you to get the home you have now. If you’re willing to share or provide helpful information let us know the steps it would take for someone with no experience. As I see real estate can be a tough business when you are a goldfish swimming with sharks. Some people are only willing to give you homeowners advice when you are ready to spend your money with them and it shouldn’t be like that. Is it helpful to learn from someone else mistakes? All the hard work and knowledge we put into real estate its time we do it ourselves.

We all want to be successful and we all don’t have the same reasons why we are here. I definitely want to be transparent reminding myself where I came from, because my life can change in the blink of an eye. Success is my only option I don’t want to just tell you how I did it I want to show you. I love honesty and I’m honest because I want experts to help me where I am nobody wants to help lies.

*Take care of yourself and put God first* remember your family their weaknesses and struggles be humble and helpful.

What is important to you about achieving the ideal you?
