My favorite Southwest Salad made easy right from home no cutting, chopping, or blending but if you cook your corn then you’ll need to do that. The reason why there’s nothing to cut is because I was trying to think of a salad recipe where I didn’t have to do much but throw things in a bowl, mix and eat. Definitely, save prepping time.
I would definitely call this my signature salad recipe because it’s easy to make and everything I like in my salad I think if I added anything else I’m just being greedy. How about you?

Sunflower seeds (kernels) I prefer ranch but the choice is yours
Ranch salad dressing (optional) your choice
